Countryman Quick Sharp Knife Sharpener

The Countryman Quick Sharp knife sharpener is a pocket sized knife sharpener (7cmx6cm) featuring a coarse carbide sharpening wedge to shape the blade and a ceramic wedge to hone a keen edge. Pull the knife over the carbide wedge a few times and then spin the sharpener round and pull the knife over the ceramic a couple of times and a good edge is achieved.
