The new Nocpix NITE night vision rifle scope uses an industry-leading 4K Ultra digital sensor with 3536 x 3536 resolution, delivering up to 12 megapixel performance. The new 4K Ultra sensor offers 50% greater pixel density than conventional 4K systems, optimising detail and improving clarity, especially at higher magnification levels. This cutting-edge sensor has been paired with an AMOLED 1920x1200 HD round display, ensuring this scope is a true day and night scope. The large display has a larger than standard exit pupil, making the scope easier to look through and a little more forgiving than some other devices on the market.
An impressive 60 Hz frame rate is used ensuring sharper images, more clarity and less blur, richer colours, and cleaner images.
This impressive resolution and frame rate enable better images at higher magnification levels; the Nite D70R has an impressive 5x–40x magnification swing making it one of the highest magnification scopes on the market. Realistically in the field on a centerfire rifle the usable range of magnification at distances of 100 yards plus is more in the region of 5x-20x before images start to lose a noticeable amount of definition.
One of the great things about Nocpix night vision and thermal scopes is that they magnify the same way as a traditional rifle scope giving a smooth, natural transition in magnification and eliminate the abrupt jumps of traditional step-zoom scopes where you magnify by pressing a button. The magnification is adjusted using a collar in the same location as traditional scopes, ensuring they are easy to use at night. No more pressing buttons randomly until you find the one you were looking for! The parallax focussing ring on the front of the scope has an integrated throw lever, allowing for easier adjustment of the ring as well as making it easier to locate the adjustment ring at night.
The integrated Laser Range Finder (LRF) provides accurate ranging up to 1200 meters and if you have supplied the required data for your rifle and bullet, the integrated on-board ballistic calculator computes real-time trajectory solutions and supplies an accurate aiming mark for the required holdover, eliminating estimated holdover and missed shots.
The Nocpix Nite D70R features an integrated 64GB memory, allowing photos and videos to be stored for easy sharing and reviewing of your shots.
The scope is powered by an internal 5000 mAh power pack as well as a removable 18650 battery, offering up to 7 hours of run time when combining the internal battery and 2x 18650 batteries that are supplied with the scope. Additional 18650 batteries can be purchased to further extend the run time if required.
The Nocpix Nite D70R can use both 850nm and 940nm IR illuminators (sold separately) to see at night in pitch-black conditions. This scope can be combined with a Nocpix IR illuminator to provide a powerful 200-meter detection range, ensuring you can use the scope even in pitch-black conditions.
